Background and Vision
The report was commissioned by the Karnataka Khadi Board following a pivotal meeting held on December 10, 2025, at the historic site of Badanvaal. This initiative was directed by the Gandhi Celebration Committee of Karnataka, chaired by Shri Veerappa Moily.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Shri D.R. Patil, Vice Chairman of the Decentralisation Committee of the Government of Karnataka, for his visit to the center to officially receive these recommendations. This project continues under the broader guidance of the Decentralisation Committee, chaired by the Honorable Chief Minister, Shri Siddaramaiah.
